Mother Nature plays a big part in each arrangement, colors and textures will
vary among arrangements as the seasons progress and sometimes substitutions of
are required due to crop failure. We try to keep an honest representation
pictured at all times. When ordering matched arrangements, we recommend that all
items be ordered at the same time.

How soon will my arrangement be shipped, and when will it
arrive?
We make every effort to see that all orders placed by 11 P.M. Central time are shipped out within 2 business days and when possible we ship out the following
day. Orders placed on week ends will normally be shipped on the following
Tuesday except for weeks containing Monday holidays, in which case Wednesday
would be the regular scheduled shipping day. The actual time an item is in
transit can vary from 3 to 5 days, according to your location and seasonal
fluctuations.
Hours are: 9 am to 5 pm Mon-Thur & 9 am to 1 pm Friday.
"Rush Handling" Orders received by 11 am Central Time are Rushed to the front of our
Order Processing line. We then select the shipping method that will get to you in the least
amount of time, using UPS or Fed Ex Home Delivery. Your order is then processed
thorough the line and shipped out the same day.

FREE ground shipping on all regular sized merchandise shipped in the continental
United States. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will incur additional charges for air service.

Can I have my merchandise shipped outside the United States?
At this time we are only able to ship floral merchandise within the United

What should I do if my merchandise is damaged when it
arrives?
Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives, for any signs of obvious
shipping damage. If damage has occurred to the contents, call us toll free, or
Email us with your invoice number, a phone number where you can be reached and
an explanation of the damage.

What should I do if I am not happy with the merchandise
received?
If within 5 days of delivery, you are not satisfied with your arrangement for
any reason whatsoever, call us toll free or Email us a letter that includes; the
invoice number, phone number where you can be reached and the reason for
returning the merchandise. Repack the merchandise in the box it was received in
and return it within 15 days. Please let us know if you want a CREDIT,
REPLACEMENT or REFUND. There may be a 20% re-stocking charge on some items.

How do I care for my dried floral arrangement?
Every wreath is different; no two look exactly the same. Because the flowers and materials used to handcraft this wreath were created by Mother Nature you have a wreath that is completely unique, like no other.
Your wreath is designed for indoor use, away from direct sunlight, heat, high humidity or moisture. To preserve its unique beauty, please avoid displaying in areas where these conditions are present.
This unique arrangement has been designed and handcrafted fuller than the design calls for so that any blossoms or branches that may shed during shipment will not detract from the beauty of your wreath.
To remove your wreath from the shipping box cut the plastic ties and gently lift wreath from box. Enjoy.
The 2 worst enemies of dried flowers are direct sunlight and humidity. Flowers
will naturally fade over time, but many people appreciate the subtle muting of
colors and natural patiena that time gives to florals. Dust that naturally
accumulates on your arrangement can be removed with Dri Splendor, a very
effective product for rejuvenating dried flowers and silk flowers. Dri Splendor

Of course we can never know for sure, but we have been handling and shipping
